The Lumineers, a cool, folk rock band from Denver Colorado, released their debut album in December 2011 and got the world’s attention with their breakout single Hey Ho.

Even if you don’t know who the Lumineers are, you most definitely will know Hey Ho. It has been used in many a TV show, including Hart of Dixie, The Vampire Diaries, and Bones. You may have also heard it in some advertising campaigns. In the UK, energy company E.ON used the popular song in their ads. Check out the Hey Ho music video:

The Lumineers have received high praise for their musical style from both fans and music critics alike . One critic said, “Where most bands these days look for that new, original sound to enhance the digital revolution, ‘The Lumineers’ do superbly in taking it back to simplicity” (wikipedia.com)

In June and July, The Lumineers will tour Europe visiting France, Norway, Italy Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.
